What is Remote Training?

Remote training is your opportunity to practice with me— a 500-hour trained yoga instructor, a plant-based enthusiast, world traveler, athlete, and spiritual seeker—from the comfort of your own town, home, or community, no matter where you are in the world or what time zone you’re in.

This is a chance to bring a wellness-oriented guide into your life consistently—someone who will inspire, encourage, and challenge you to integrate wellness in its many facets: physical health, mental health, spiritual health, and nutritional health.

Wellness, to me, is a full-spectrum journey of mind-body expansion that never ends. The science behind nutrition, meditation, environmental impact, and overall health is constantly evolving—and it can be confusing, controversial, and overwhelming. I am committed to continuously educating myself on the latest scientific studies and offering a perspective that is unbiased, grounded in what makes sense for your well-being.

I believe the world is ready for a shift in consciousness. Everything we think and feel begins with what we are putting into our bodies and minds: food, thoughts, sounds, sights, feelings, and energies. Let’s take on wellness from a holistic perspective, looking at your current lifestyle and identifying where we can make small shifts that will help you move toward your healthiest, most authentic self.

What to Expect:

  • Methods and techniques for breaking bad habits.

  • Goal-setting and motivational incentives.

  • Body awareness and personalized yoga practices.

  • Inspiration, support, and accountability—a fresh awareness of areas in your life that may no longer serve your happiness.

Cost:

  • $100 per session: Sessions will typically be one hour, but can extend to a couple of hours per week depending on your needs.

  • $175 per month: One 1 hour session every other week.

  • Custom-built plans tailored to your budget and unique needs.

What’s the Worst That Could Happen?

I like to ask myself, what’s the worst that could happen? Can yoga really harm me? What’s the worst that could happen from spending a few dollars to learn from someone who was once just like you—a midwestern, middle-aged, average person—who changed her life?

Take it from someone who went from feeling incredibly unbalanced to now thriving physically, mentally, and spiritually, all thanks to a few small but intentional changes in her daily routine. It’s easy, it works, and it’s life-changing.

All of us must take action—for our communities, for our families, and most importantly, for ourselves—in order to live up to our full potential. To live courageously and abundantly, we must take action now. Sitting back on the sidelines will not work, and it will only continue the worldwide wellness crisis, or what I like to call the “un-wellness” crisis.
