Certified International Yogi with over 1000 hours of Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) experience. I’ve spent over 10 years assisting in YTTs and have accumulated extensive studio experience, both in-person and online.
I specialize in offering an integrated yoga practice that stays true to the spirit of the yogic tradition—both on and off the mat. My approach provides a truly unique yoga experience that goes beyond the physical.

I’m a self-taught artist with a deep love for color and nature. Acrylic painting is my preferred medium, and I find inspiration in the natural world around me.
